Enquiries and bookings
Our website describes our services and lets you send us an enquiry. Sending an enquiry, or receiving a quote, doesn’t create a booking or a contract. A booking is only confirmed when we agree the details with you in writing. Your booking will then be covered by the terms we give you at that point, including prices, deposits, payment and cancellation.
Information on this website
We try to keep the information on our website accurate and up to date. However, our services, characters, availability and prices can change, so the site is a general guide rather than a guarantee. Photos show examples of past events; every event is tailored, so yours may look different.

Character costumes shown on this site are used for entertainment. Character names and likenesses belong to their respective owners, and Hapidayz Events is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.

Our site links to other websites, such as our social media pages and WhatsApp. We don’t control those sites and aren’t responsible for their content or how they handle your information.
